Oleo Botanicals orders are carefully packed and shipped from San Diego, California.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may be slightly longer during promotions, product launches, and holiday periods.

U.S Shipping

Standard Shipping

  • $5.95 flat-rate shipping on orders under $30
  • Free standard shipping on orders of $30 or more
  • Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days after shipping.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

USPS Priority Mail

USPS Priority Mail is available for customers who prefer a faster shipping option. The shipping rate and estimated delivery date are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package details.

Canada Shipping

We currently ship to Canada through USPS First-Class Package International.

Canadian shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package details. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed after the shipment enters Canada. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping amount paid to Oleo Botanicals.

Taxes & Duties

United States

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and current tax requirements.

Canada

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by Canadian customs or the delivery carrier.

Unless expressly shown as prepaid at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping amount paid to Oleo Botanicals.

Customs processing and import requirements may affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

For Canadian shipments, tracking updates may be less frequent while the package is in transit or being processed through customs.

Protective Packaging

Our glass bottles are placed inside protective bubble packaging and shipped in a corrugated mailing box to help keep them secure during transit.
