Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from San Diego, CA via USPS (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking information. Please note, tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships.

Free Shipping

For domestic orders we offer FREE Standard shipping. Domestic packages will be shipped as follows: USPS First Class Mail for packages weighing 13 oz or less and Priority Mail for packages weighing over 13 oz and up to 4 lbs. 

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS with a 10-15 business day delivery period from the time of shipment. We offer shipping to most* countries outside of the United States for a flat fee based on the package destination. 

Customs Fees, Duties, Taxes

For orders shipped outside of the USA, customers are solely responsible for any import taxes, duties and any fees that may be enforced by the destination country. Shipments returned by customs will be refunded, once it is returned back to us, less the original shipping cost.
