Order Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from San Diego, CA, via USPS (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Please note, tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect after your order ships.
Shipping Costs
For domestic orders under $30, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99. All orders over $30 qualify for FREE standard shipping.
Shipping Methods
- Orders under 13 oz: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
- Orders over 13 oz and up to 4 lbs: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select regions, including Canada, the United Kingdom, parts of Europe, and Australia. All international orders are shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Canada: Up to 14 business days from the time of shipment.
- United Kingdom, parts of Europe, and Australia: 10-20 business days from the time of shipment.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the package's destination.
Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost. If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs fees, a refund will be issued, minus the original shipping cost, once the package is returned to us.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within California.
